    Warranty for Vitrified Steel Products

    Cinsa S.A. de C.V. warrants the quality and proper manufacturing of its vitrified steel products, with or without non-stick coating, under the following conditions:

    - Warranty Period

    - Vitrified steel products: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    - Vitrified steel products with non-stick coating: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

    - This warranty does NOT apply in the following cases:

    - Products that are dented or have handles damaged by direct exposure to fire.

    - Scratches caused by the use of metal utensils or by cutting with a knife inside the product.

    *Damage to enamel or non-stick coating caused by extreme temperatures.

    - Improper use, negligence, or failure to follow CINSA’s instructions.

    - Repairs, modifications, or handling performed by the consumer.

    - Use other than intended, including overload in professional or commercial use.

    - Normal wear and tear.

    - Minor color variations, inherent to the manufacturing process.

    * Extreme temperatures include: Heating the product while empty, allowing liquids to completely evaporate over heat, letting flames rise along the sides of the product, or exposing it to sudden temperature changes.

    Warranty for Aluminum Products with Non-Stick Coating

    Cinsa S.A. de C.V. guarantees the quality and proper manufacturing of its aluminum products with non-stick coating, providing coverage for manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

    - This warranty does NOT apply in the following cases:

    - Products that are dented or have handles damaged due to direct exposure to flame.

    - Scratches caused by metal utensils or cutting inside the product with knives.

    - Damage to the non-stick coating caused by extreme temperatures.*

    - Improper use, negligence, or failure to follow CINSA’s usage instructions.

    - Repairs, modifications, or handling performed by the consumer.

    - Use for purposes other than intended, including overload in professional or commercial use.

    - Normal wear and tear from regular use.

    - Minor color variations inherent to the manufacturing process.

    * Extreme temperatures are defined as: Heating the product while empty, allowing liquids to completely evaporate over heat, letting flames rise along the sides of the product, or exposing it to sudden temperature changes.

    To Extend the Life of Your Aluminum Products

    To keep your aluminum cookware in good condition and extend its lifespan, follow these recommendations:

    - Use wooden or plastic utensils to protect the coating.

    - Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive sponges.

    - Avoid cutting food inside the pan.

    - Do not overheat cookware while empty; always ensure there is water or oil during cooking.

    - Avoid letting flames rise along the sides of the cookware.

    - Do not expose the product to sudden temperature changes.

    - Cook over medium or low heat for optimal aluminum performance.

    - Additional Recommendations

    - Keep handles and knobs away from direct flame.

    - Store cookware out of reach of children.

    - Do not submerge hot cookware in cold water, as this may cause warping or damage to the coating.
