How to care for your Pitcher. 2 QT. Classic
First Use

Before first use: Wash the product with warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
Frequent Use

Avoid overheating the piece when empty. It is heat-resistant and allows the use of metal utensils. Avoid hitting it against hard surfaces, and let it cool completely before cleaning.
Cleaning and Maintenance

Wash with warm water and dish soap, or a gentle, eco-friendly detergent, using a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, soak beforehand. Avoid abrasive materials and dry completely after washing.
Quality Warranty
Warranty on vitrified steel and aluminum products with non-stick coating.
The warranty is valid for 1 to 2 years, depending on the type of product, provided they are used according to the instructions.
It does not apply in the following cases: incorrect use, bumps, scratches, normal wear and tear, professional use, color variations, or damage due to extreme temperatures, such as heating the empty piece or subjecting it to sudden changes in temperature.
For warranty validation, a purchase receipt and images of the defect or problem are required. If the warranty is valid, a replacement product will be sent at no cost.
